Staying in the apartment

Can I use the flat together with my friends from Belgrade ?

You can receive visitors in your apartment, so long as your guests abide by the rules that you will find in the apartment, and on the contract you are provided with.  These rules are not onerous and are really just common courtesy to your neighbours.

Will there be anything in the refrigerator when I arrive?

We no longer pre-stock our fridges as we know that people have different needs, however should you have any particular requests we will do our best to meet them.

Do I have to bring my own towels and bed linen? How often are the towels and the bed linen changed?

We supply sufficient towels and bed linen for the published occupancy of the apartment.  All of the towels and bed linen will be clean and ready for you when you arrive.  The towels and bed linen will be changed every 7 days of your stay.

Can I cook and prepare meals in the flat?

All our apartments have kitchen facilities and basic cooking utensils – more than adequate for preparing basic meals.  Indeed, this is one of the benefits that our guests enjoy most.  If you have any specific requirements, please don’t hesitate to ask – it is our job to make your stay in Belgrade as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

I’ve lost the key!

If you lose your key you will be expected to bear the cost of a new lock and 5 sets of keys – this is for your own security and that of fellow guests – we urge  you to take care of the keys!

Is there an internet connection at the flat?

RENTASTAN can provide you with a good broadband from Telenor using their high speed 3G network.  Currently we are providing USB Modem access to the network with download speeds up to 3.6Mbps  –  you should notify us of your requirement when making your reservation.

Is there a telephone in the flat?

Most of our apartments have a landline connection and handset.  These are provided ONLY for local calls and the number is provided for you to receive inbound calls from anywhere.  Call cards for mobile and landline are very cheap and readily available.  You can get details of call cards from our agent, and if you have an absolute necessity for full landline access you should discuss it at the time of making your reservation.
