When do I pay and to whom?

When you meet our agent you will pay the full amount, receive a contract and a receipt from RENTASTAN.

Can I pay in euro or another currency?

Payment is made in Dinars, based on the current Euro Exchange Rate as set by the National Bank of Serbia .  There are many local currency exchange bureaux so this will not be a problem.

Can I pay by a card or a cheque

We can only accept cash, however all our apartments are close to ATMs which dispense Dinars on both International Credit and Debit cards.

Can I pay at the end of my stay?

For legal and insurance reasons it is necessary to pay at the time of receiving the keys.  For longer stays it is possible to arrange with the agent to pay for a part of your stay then and the balance at a later, agreed, date.

Do I have to pay an amount of money a few days earlier to ensure my reservation?

Once you have confirmed your reservation we trust that you will arrive, and therefore do not insist on a deposit, however, should you wish to make an advance payment (we understand that company’s sometimes prefer this) then we can, of course, accept it.  Either way your reservation is

Can I use the flat together with my friends from Belgrade ?

You can receive visitors in your apartment, so long as your guests abide by the rules that you will find in the apartment, and on the contract you are provided with.  These rules are not onerous and are really just common courtesy to your neighbours.

Will there be anything in the refrigerator when I arrive?

We no longer pre-stock our fridges as we know that people have different needs, however should you have any particular requests we will do our best to meet them.

Do I have to bring my own towels and bed linen? How often are the towels and the bed linen changed?

We supply sufficient towels and bed linen for the published occupancy of the apartment.  All of the towels and bed linen will be clean and ready for you when you arrive.  The towels and bed linen will be changed every 7 days of your stay.
