How can I make a reservation for the apartment I have chosen?
Go to the page of your preferred apartment, complete the form and submit. Shortly afterwards you will receive a confirmation email from us – at that point your reservation is guaranteed. You can, of course, make a reservation directly at any time by telephone – call +381 11 311 3783 during office hours, or +381 65 306 4063 at any time.
Is my reservation accepted even if I haven’t received the affirmative answer?
Your reservation is provisional until you have received confirmation by email – even if you make your reservation by phone you should expect an email confirmation. Whilst we endeavour to ensure that our website is always completely up-to-date there is a small possibility that someone else has tried to reserve by phone at the same time, and vice-versa.
Is my reservation ensured if I’ve received the affirmative answer?
Yes, once you have received email confirmation, your reservation is guaranteed.
What if something happens before my arrival, preventing me from entering the flat?
In the extremely unlikely event that your chosen apartment is not available due to power failure, external construction works or any other reason outside our control we will ensure that a suitable alternative is provided as close as possible to your chosen location.
What if I want to change or cancel my reservation?
You should notify us immediately should your plans change and you either need to change or cancel your reservation. We would ask that you phone us or send an SMS to +381 65 306 4063. We, of course, would hope to provide you with a service at some other time, but you should note that deposits are non-refundable unless by prior agreement.
What if I want to shorten my stay in the flat?
On taking up the apartment you will pay the full amount for your stay. Should you need to shorten your visit, then, in principle, the money paid would not be refundable, however should we be able to re-let the apartment for that time we would try to help you, but you must understand that our business is based on keeping our apartments occupied and it is unlikely that we would find a new guest at such short notice.
If you are unsure about the period you will require the apartment then inform us of the duration you will definitely be there and ask for an extension – this will avoid any misunderstanding.
Is it possible to change the flat if I don’t like it when I arrive?
As you will see from our website, we maintain a large number of apartments so it is unlikely that your choice will not suit, however, should you have an issue then we will try to accomodate you then and there, or at worst on the next day. Our experience has been that our guests are completely satisfied with their choice, but should that not be the case we will do our best to arrange an alternative.
