Rules
  • The apartment is rented by the day. Checkout time is noon, unless the contract states otherwise.
     
  • If you stay in the apartment after 12:00, you must pay for the next day, except when payment is impossible due to our fault.
     
  • Please carry your valuables with you, as RENTASTAN can not guarantee their security and will not be responsible stolen belongings.
     
  • No animals are allowed in the apartment.
     
  • Hot plates, heaters, etc. should not be used in the apartment. Our apartments are so equipped that you will not need the above devices.
     
  • Guests are asked to handle equipment with care. The guest shall pay for any damage.
     
  • Guests are not allowed to make loud noise or otherwise disturb their neighbours, especially between 2 pm and 5 pm, as well as between 10 pm and 9 am.
     
  • You are allowed to receive visitors, provided that they follow the rules outlined here.
     
  • In case of incompliance with these rules, RENTASTAN reserves the right to refuse the use of the apartment and to declare the infringer an ”unwanted guest“
     
  • The phone in the apartment lets you make unlimited local calls and receive any incoming calls. However, numbers beginning with 0 and 9 are blocked.
     
  • If you have any questions, doubts, or problems, please call the RENTASTAN office at some of our numbers, or call the person who gave you the keys
